Excellent! Couldn't watch cenk without thinking of that snl skit. He wasn't good at all.

Great news! I might have something to watch on MSNBC besides Rachel. Sharpton is smarter and a better interviewer than Cenk.

What SNL skit, firedup? The only time I watched Cenk was in the Pol Vids section of another web site. Between the "ummms" and the frat boy delivery, I never got his appeal. He sounded like a moderately intelligent 8th grader.

Wow, what a leap from the little NY a.m. show he used to do on Sunday mornings. Credit where credit is due -- when Sharpton first appeared on the scene some 25 years ago or so -- I wasn't impressed to say the least. But... I couldn't help but notice that, as happens with many of us over the years... we are not who we were 25 years ago... some of us, even if we don't realize it, grow up in our views.... looking forward to his show!

A while ago I posted that Cenk's interview style reminds me of a running skit Chris Farley had. He would do really bad interviews with guest hosts.

I never saw Cenk do an interview but the idea that it would be this painful doesn't seem that farfetched to me.
