Can someone identify this woman?

I worked security this weekend in Madison for IVAW. We had a break, so I was taking photos of the crowd. Then, I realized there was a woman glaring at the protesters from inside the capitol building. I've been asked to write an article on my experience, and I would love to focus on her because she was the only opposition we saw on Saturday.



Does someone know her?

Whoever she is, she looks very unhappy. Someone should order her some popcorn and a few Netflix.

Just a suggestion, but since you were working security and had a camera, you can easily find out which office she was standing in. If you have access to the building while dressed as an ordinary person (i.e. leave your security guard uniform and IVAW T-shirt in your car) you can go to that floor and see if you can find her.

Then do an interview (providing she says yes) from a prepared list of questions that start from NO assumptions about the source of her scowl. Maybe she was contemplating what an *hole her governor is and what an anthill he kicked open. Maybe she has a job she's scared of losing if she says anything. You have no idea until you ask in a non-confrontational way.

According to a friend who lives in Wisconsin, this appears to be Chief Justice of the Wisconsin Supreme Court Shirley Abrahamson.

If so, she's not your opposition. She's associated with the liberal wing of the court.

When commenting on the picture, my friend suggested maybe it was something she ate? That, or perhaps she's just so fed up with Walker herself that she's wearing a permanent scowl at the moment.
