I cannot WAIT for the Republican primary to kick off.
It's getting around the time we should start seeing some Reps announcing their plans to run for President in 2012. And I just can't freakin' wait. It's going to be such a wonderful popcorn time watching these clueless freakshows trying to club each other to death in a race to the farthest of the far right.

The Republican field is in such a sorry state. It indeed will be humorous. They just don't have good candidates for much of anything. They come up with nut jobs for Senate and House - they just don't have anyone of high quality.

It's going to be a circus and an epic panderfest.
In Iowa, the evangelicals are going to press the field on whether or not the prohibition against shellfish in Leviticus should be an FDA mandate. In New Hampshire, the gun fetishists will demand that the candidates have their canvassers open carry while going door to door. I really think that this could be a stampede right over the cliff for the Republicans. |
