SB 1070 backers insist defeat is somehow 'victory'

This was written by an AZ Republican columnist who is strictly on the Republican side. For him to make these comments is interesting.

The article makes Brewer and Pearce look stupid for their victory dance. It looks like one repub got the message.....they lost.

I can't wait for Sheriff Joe to start vigorously enforcing the one provision marginally upheld by SCOTUS while Holder is already breathing down his neck and ready to pounce.

The court will quickly step in and put the brakes on Joe.

They are actually fighting among themselves. The Sane commenters are acknowledging that Brewer and her ilk take AZ folks for fools. They even commented about how out of bounds Scalia was.
