Day 4 of rain

Maybe 5, I can't remember if it rained on Sat. Right now there is a thunder storm happening and I just checked the forecast.....rain every day through Monday. I like rainy days....within a limit. The farmers have planted early this year due to the warm temps, so the fields will be getting soaked and the streams overrunning. If the fields flood there will be crops lost.

Our weather is just nuts. It will be a good afternoon to take a nap.

Oh how I wish there was some way to get that rain here on the desert. We probably won't see any rain until July... if we're lucky and we actually get a monsoon this year. Expect to see some magnificent dust storms on the news this summer.

When I lived in PA, I remember a year where we had 17 straight weekends of rain. I couldn't deal with it then and I couldn't deal with it now much as I'd like to see at least some rain here.

Curl up with a good book, watch your favorite movie, and dream of sunshine. The sun is still up in the sky. I can vouch for it. It'll make an appearance eventually.
