This is a recent hiccup. It doesn't give a re: in the subject field when I click on New Reply or Quote. I'm using Firefox.

That was by design to get more folks to type in a Subject for their post. It was a request actually. It still fill in if you ignore it (unless you do Preview Post - something I'm working to fix.)
